I wanted to bring to your attention that Pamela Matarazzo is a blessing. She literally saved me and my six year olds life..... Pam saved me from my old apartment that did not have a balcony, and my ex-landlord did not open up the pool and my x landlord Said she was not going to open up pool because it will up everyone's rent. I was not happy at my old apartment. The community kept to themselves and it just wasn't a good place for my son to grow up. At Omega 4, I feel at home, I feel at peace, and my son is already making friends. At my old apartment I felt trapped like an animal in a zoo. Pam saved me from the zoo and set me free! The community that I live in has a pool, jacuzzi, Sauna, Club house, gym, tennis court, personal washer and dryer on my floor next to my unit, beautiful scenery and beautiful outdoor look for exercising. Pam definitely upgraded me with a professional landlord that cares. Pam is also very professional, organized, she returns my phone calls in a timely manner, she always finds an answer and doesn't leave me in the dust. She keeps me informed and Pam actually cares. Patient, collaborative, and diligent
After Pam helped us sell our house, she spent the next 12 months helping us find our new home. She was very responsive when we wanted to see homes (and she gave us space when we needed to pump the brakes or take a break). We looked at houses for several weekends, and what felt like hundreds of homes, between 2022 and 2023. When we were ready to make offers she offered guidance, but ultimately she let us take lead on how we wanted to approach multiple sellers with aggressive offers. We ended up in our dream home, and we bought it for 10% of list price. We appreciated her expertise and her honoring how we wanted to negotiate. The close went without a hitch!
